If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will gladly accept items for refund within 7 days. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn and in salable condition.
It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with their local customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. GINNYS BEAUTY is not responsible for confiscated or undelivered goods.
If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at email@example.com including a photo of the damaged item and we will replace it at no cost to you.
